Shipping & Delivery FAQs

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

All of our products are in stock in New Zealand and will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that during the Christmas period, which is a peak time, there may be a delay of 1-2 days. However, we will do our best to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible.

 

What‘s the shipping Cost?

Shipping is FREE WITHIN NZ for all orders over $150 including rural addresses.

For orders under $150 NZD, delivery to New Zealand Shipping rates are as follows:

  • Auckland: $6.95
  • North Island: $9.95
  • South Island: $9.99 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We understand you want your order as soon as possible! Our "target" delivery times as:

  • North Island: 1-2 business days after dispatch.
  • Rural North Island: 1-3 days after dispatch.
  • South Island: 2-3 days after dispatch.
  • Rural South Island: 3-5 days after dispatch.

Please remember during peak times, ie. especially in December we may not be able to meet this target.

 

Can I get Saturday delivery?

Sorry we don't currently offer Saturday delivery option.

 

Who is your shipping provider?

We use NZ POST for all deliveries in New Zealand

 

Do you ship overseas?

Sorry, we currently only deliver to addresses in New Zealand. We do not ship internationally.

 

Can I get track and trace?

All NZ Post orders are sent with 'Track & Trace'. We'll send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent. The NZ Post Track and Trace website allows you to see where your order is by way of an online tracker. Using your unique barcode, you will be able to easily see where your parcel is in the delivery process through easy-to-read graphics. Your order will be scanned at key checkpoints in the delivery network to enable you to have visibility on its whereabouts.

Will I need to sign for my parcel?

Yes, someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. Please ensure you sign for the correct number of parcels.

 

What will happen if I am not home when the fastway calls?

The courier will leave a card with their contact details. You will need to ring the fastway company to arrange a convenient date for re-delivery of your parcel. Alternatively you can arrange with the fastway company to collect your parcel.

 

Can my order be shipped to my business address?

Yes. Your address field MUST contain the name of the business so the courier can easily identify it.

 

Can my order be shipped to a PO Box or RD address?

Yes no problem. There is no extra charge for either of these.

 

Can I choose to pick up my order?

Sorry, it is not available now.

 

My tracking information states my order has been returned to you. 

If the NZ POST was unable to deliver your parcel it will be returned to us.  We will require an additional delivery fee prior to resending your order.
